- Possess intermediate or advanced competency in MS excel and access;
- Under supervision, set up an equipment price list database with MS access to include all the necessary critical information (price, validity, contact, origin, shipping info, etc)
- Setting up an equipment brochure library
- Frequent housekeeping and update for the price database and brochure library
- Tender related admin support (scanning, printing, photocopying, binding, etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Good administrative skills.
- Fast learner.
- Proactive & good attitude.
