Job Responsibilities	We are looking for an Event Onsite Specialist intern who will be responsible to coordinate with event organisers and of setting up our Onsite printing system at events. To provide a smooth experience to both the event organisers and event attendees is the end goal of an Event Onsite Specialist. A successful candidate is one who is able to respond well under pressure and be creative in adapting to situations. We’ll trust you to: Set up the GEVME Onsite Printing System at events and provide technical support Liaise with clients to create onsite plans and tasks ● Conduct product demonstrations Handle simple ad-hoc duties Answer queries from clients, employees, vendors (and anybody else!) Provide a seamless, efficient and highly-professional event onsite experience
Job Requirements	The requirements are: Interested in the MICE & Hospitality industry Being reliable and responsible Good communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Capacity to multi-task and collaborate in a team environment Computer proficient and able to learn new technologies We’d love for you to have: Knowledge of printers installation and setups Event industry experience is a plus
